NPA & SARFAESI Initiated Accounts

We provide suitable advice and guidance to the borrowers whose account is showing incipient sickness and provide assistance to arrest incipient sickness there by to avoid in slipping to NPA. Those accounts already slipped to NPA and those borrowers whose account is held under SARFAESI act, to upgrade to performing assets and to bailout from NPA.

We also extent support (if borrower is interested) in identifying individuals or institutions who have strong balance sheets and willing to acquire such properties through e-auction or under One Time Settlement.
